In the paper the problems of foreign investments attraction in Russia have been considered. The author has analysed possible consequences of the foreign investments, their dynamics and proportions in the national economy branches and regions of the country and reasons of the low level of the foreign investments in the Russian economics.

Formation of mechanisms of insurance and risks redistribution in situations of possible accidents and natural disasters

The paper considers main features of insurance and risks redistribution in Russian fishing sector. Risks arising during producing fish production and mechanisms of their reducing have been analyzed. It has been established that creation of insurance economic risks system serves as one of the main components of economic consolidation of industrial enterprises and stabilization of economics.
